Data Deletion

Last updated:

This page explains how you can request deletion of your data — including any tokens, profile information, and connection metadata — held by Agent Integrator. It applies whether you connected via Facebook, Instagram, Google, or any other supported third-party platform.

1. What you can request

2. The fastest way (self-service)

If you only need to disconnect a specific platform — including a Facebook Page or Instagram Business Account — you can do it yourself in seconds:

  1. Sign in to the platform that bundles Agent Integrator into its product.
  2. Open the integrations or channels area of your dashboard.
  3. Click Disconnect (or Unbind) next to the integration you want to remove.

This immediately deletes the tokens for that integration from active storage. Where the provider supports remote revocation (Facebook, Google, HubSpot, and others), the token is also revoked at the provider so it can no longer be used even if a copy were retained anywhere.

You can additionally revoke our app's access at any time directly from the provider's own security panel — for example, on Facebook this is at Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations, and on Instagram at Apps and Websites.

3. Full data-deletion request

To request deletion of your entire account and any associated data, please contact us through the support page with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

4. What happens after you request deletion

  1. We acknowledge the request within 2 business days by email.
  2. We verify that the request comes from the account owner.
  3. We delete your account record, all stored tokens, all connection metadata, and any conversation logs from active systems.
  4. We send you a confirmation email with a deletion confirmation reference once the deletion is complete — typically within 30 days of the verified request, often sooner.

5. Backups

Encrypted operational backups are retained for up to 30 days on a rolling basis and then overwritten. If a deletion request is in flight when a backup snapshot was taken, the backup itself is not edited — instead, the deleted record is excluded from any future restore. After the 30-day rolling window, the backup containing the original data is fully overwritten.

6. Data we may retain

After a deletion request is fulfilled, we may retain a minimal record (such as a hashed account identifier and the deletion timestamp) for up to 180 days for the limited purposes of:

This residual record does not contain any tokens, contact information from your address book, conversation content, or details of the integrations you previously connected.

7. Provider-side data

Deletion at Agent Integrator removes data we hold. It does not delete data on the third-party providers themselves — for example, deleting your Agent Integrator account does not delete your Facebook Page, your Instagram messages, or your Google Calendar events. To remove data on a provider, use that provider's own settings.

8. Questions or appeals

If a deletion request is denied (for example, because we cannot verify ownership) or if you are not satisfied with how a request was handled, please reply to our acknowledgment email and ask for the request to be escalated. We will respond within 5 business days with a final decision and the reasoning.

9. Contact

All deletion requests should be sent through the support page. The operator of the platform that bundles Agent Integrator into their product is the data controller for your account.
